Pet Policy
Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. The Crosswinds Apartments knows your four-footed companions are happiest right by your side, and that's why we allow up to two pets per household.
- Pet Fee: $350 (non-refundable), plus an additional $150 (non-refundable) for the second pet
- Pet Deposit: $150 (refundable)
- Pet Rent: $20 per pet per month
- Pet Policy: We allow two pets per apartment. Aggressive breed restrictions apply. 50 pounds max.
