- What are the application requirements for Crosswinds?
- Applicants must have a gross income of at least three times the rent, no prior evictions or broken leases, and provide at least three months of pay stubs along with a valid ID. Crosswinds does not accept section 8 vouchers.

- A combined application and administrative fee is required, along with a refundable security deposit based on the apartment size. Additional applicant fees apply. For current fees, contact the leasing office.

- Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM. The office is closed on Sunday.
